Nope! Our beginner pole dancing classes are designed for all fitness levels, and we’ll cheer you on with every new skill, routine and trick you master.
These classes are super simple, designed to help you build strength and skills at your own pace. Before you know it, you’ll feel ready to tackle other dance styles and class types!

We recommend wearing something comfortable that’s easy to move in and makes you feel confident. We’ve seen students wear spicy dance attire, bikinis, shorts and sports bras, and everything in between.
To make pole choreography easier, we recommend wearing shorts or bottoms that don’t cover your knees, with a top that feels secure while leaving your arms exposed. You’ll also want to avoid wearing jewelry or body lotion.
When it’s time for your class, all you need to bring is a water bottle, an open mind, and your fabulous self!

All you need is an open mind and a water bottle. Try to show up 10-15 minutes before your class begins so you can ask any questions and get first-timer tips from your instructor.

Yes! You can save money on each individual class with a class pack or membership. We offer the following options:
Monthly memberships (the best bang for your buck):
Essential Pass: 4 classes per month
Momentum Pass: 8 classes per month
Accelerate Pass: 12 classes per month
Unlimited Experience: As many classes as you want!

Absolutely — and they’re a blast! We offer private studio sessions for girls’ nights, bachelorette parties, birthdays, and other special occasions (or just because!). Click here to learn more.

Our studio welcomes dancers of all genders and identities. However, all participants must be at least 18 years of age.

Nope! Our studio is built to accommodate dancers of all shapes, sizes, and skill levels. Our instructors know how to teach for every body type, and we’ll make sure you have a blast!

Great question! Before the class begins, you and your fellow dancers will have time to pick your pole, get comfortable, and meet your instructor. If you’re a total newbie, or if you require any modifications during your class, this is the perfect time to fill us in — we’ll make sure you have what you need to feel comfortable and have fun.
We begin the class with some light stretching and warm-ups. Your instructor will tell you what’s in store for the class, then get started with teaching!
From there, you’ll spend your class learning new moves, spins, tricks, and/or flows, depending on the class type. We’ll teach you in bite-sized steps, making it easy to keep up and build on the skills you’ve already established.
At the end of the class, you’ll get the chance to put it all together — our favorite part! With your instructor guiding you, you’ll perform the whole routine you’ve learned throughout the hour (and if you want, we’ll be here to help you get a great video of your performance).
You’ll walk away feeling energized, confident, and connected to your fellow classmates. And it’ll get more fun with every class you book!
