Founder of Seventh Dimension Dance Studio and affectionately known as “Pole Mom” by our dancers, Harmony will help you build confidence, refine technique, and find your unique flow on and off the pole. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced dancer, she’ll help you confidently reach your next goal.
Karen
Karen has 30+ years of teaching experience and multiple pole teaching certifications — plus a unique background as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. She’ll help you focus on strength, self-trust, sensuality unique to pole, and the joy of reconnecting with your body through movement.
All private sessions last for one hour and are valid for 365 days after purchase.

Can I try a class before committing to a membership?
Yes! You can book any class individually before deciding on a membership or class pack. Many students like to start with a single class to get a feel for our space, instructors, and styles — then upgrade once they find their groove. All of our classes are open to both members and non-members.
What’s the difference between a class pack and a membership?
With a class pack, you can pay per bundle and use your classes anytime within 90 days after purchase. Class packs are best for testing the waters before a membership, adding workshops to your experience, or sticking to a short-term commitment.
With a membership, you can pay monthly and use your classes any time during the month. Memberships are best for regular dancers, building long-term skills and fitness, and getting the best value per class.
Do memberships auto-renew?
Yes, monthly memberships automatically renew, so you never miss your favorite classes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your membership at any time. All cancellations require a 30-day written notice.
Can I pause my membership if I’m going on vacation or need a break?
Absolutely. Life happens! We allow members to pause their plans for short breaks or vacations. Call or email us to learn about our policies.
I’m new to pole and nervous to start. Will I fit in?
Absolutely! Seventh Dimension is a judgment-free, body-positive community where everyone starts as a beginner. Our instructors specialize in teaching newcomers, and each class comes with modifications to fit your current skill level. We’ll show you how to stay safe while building confidence, strength, and self-expression from day one.
Can I share my class pack or membership with a friend?
Class packs and memberships are non-transferable and meant for individual use. If you want to bring a friend who’s new to pole, aerial, or our other dance styles, they’re welcome to purchase a single class — no membership or commitment required!
Do you offer refunds?
No, refunds are not available for membership or class purchases. However, we’ll always do our best to accommodate reschedules or changes if something unexpected comes up.
How do I know which membership is right for me?

Essential Pass (4 classes/month): Perfect for beginners or busy schedules.
